Using the efficiencies of Prefabricate construction and latest technologies, our company makes green features available without a high price tag. ECOMES wall use ecologically sound materials that provide excellent thermal insulation and breath ability, achieving very low U values and superior moisture control. Thanks to the expertise and craftsmanship of our experienced house builders, your prefabricated home will always be warm in winter and cool in summer.The timber and aluminium windows used in our homes are triple-glazed as standard and provide outstanding insulation. ECOMES doors also feature airtight seals and achieve the highest security standards – with nine-point security lock systems.

WARRANTY AND STRUCTURAL DEFECTS INSURANCE
WARRANTY
The product will be warranted and will deliver a consistent performance over a determined durability of 30 years.
STRUCTURAL DEFECTS INSURANCE
ECOMES are able to provide a 3-year minimum cover period for structural and latent defects insurance on individual or multi-housing projects. Insurance cover will start on the completion date of the property.
REASONS WHY STRUCTURAL DEFECTS INSURANCE ARE REQUIRED
Mortgage lenders:
- UK mortgage lenders generally require structural defects insurance from a recognised provider before releasing funds. Outright purchasers or investors do not require structural defects insurance on a property.

- DESIGN DRAWINGS AND PLANNING APPLICATION – Our experienced house designers prepare design drawings for you and submit a planning application for your new home on your behalf.
- DETAILED PLAN – Our architects and engineers will complete the design and calculations for the ground works, structure and building services of the house.
- PREFABRICATION, SHIPPING, ASSEMBLY AND FITTING – The ground works and preparation for homes assembly will be performed by our building partners on-site. All large construction elements will be precisely prefabricated by our joiners and carpenters in our factory. We deliver all elements to the building site where our specialised team will assemble your ECOMES house on-site. Our teams of craftsmen will then complete the fit out of your house.
